- Jinx and Yoda
Hello, I am Jinx. I am a 6 year old altered male Domestic Short Hair. I came to the shelter with Yoda when our elderly owner died. Yoda and I may be adopted together or separately. I was a much loved family member in my previous home, so I love and trust people. I am a bit shy, calm, gentle and a very nice guy. I am a bit overwhelmed in the shelter, but once I warm up in a new home, I will be happy again. I am nice to other cats and very nice to children. I have also lived peacefully with dogs before, so with proper introduction, could probably do so again.
My buddy Yoda is a 3 year old altered male Domestic Short Hair. When he was a newborn kitten, he was bottle raised by humans, so more than anything in the world, he LOVES humans!! He is a complete lover boy, outgoing and probably the most friendly cat that you will ever meet. He also really loves other cats, so would probably be most happy in a home with another companion cat. Yoda is quickly becoming the favorite cat among both staff and volunteers here at the shelter. Will you help us find forever homes? - Chim-i-nee the Cat
Chim-i-nee—Ho, ho, ho! This summer was too early for Christmas but I was in the mood to see what it would be like to be a Santa Claus and go down a chimney. Well, guess how I got my name and why I was covered in dusty soot? Thats right, I got stuck! But the kind Humane Officers in Animal Control freed me and now I am up for adoption. I did get a bath before I was neutered but for a while I was still a dusty ashy color instead of being black and white. I even have a black smudge on my nose and lips. Actually the smudges are just a natural pattern on my skin but I guess its real ironic to you human folk since I was found in a chimney after all. I get along with other cats, though I am not too sure about dogs. Also, I should be an indoor only cat since I am prone to getting into real tight spotsbad joke I know. My number is: A#430726.
